1. Our Role: We are a Directory Only

Salingkitkit is a discovery platform designed to help parents find children's activities. We are not a service provider, coach, or school.

• We do not employ, vet, or background-check the coaches listed on this site.
• We do not facilitate payments. All financial transactions happen directly between you and the coach/studio.

2. Limitation of Liability

Because we do not control the activities listed, Salingkitkit (and its owners/operators) shall not be held liable for:

• Any injury, loss, or damage occurring during a session or activity.
• Any financial disputes or "no-shows" by a coach or parent.
• The accuracy of the information provided by coaches in their listings.

Users (Parents and Coaches) use this platform at their own risk. We strongly encourage parents to conduct their own "due diligence" (checking certifications, visiting venues) before booking.

3. Coach Responsibilities

Coaches who list on Salingkitkit agree that:

• They have the necessary permits, skills, and insurance to provide their services.
• The information they provide (prices, social handles, photos) is accurate.
• They will treat all users with respect and professionality.

4. Direct Communication

By using our "Chat with Coach" features, you acknowledge that you are leaving Salingkitkit to communicate via third-party platforms (Messenger, Instagram, or Viber). We do not monitor these conversations and are not responsible for interactions on those platforms.
